About Me

Born in Rochester, NY.

I became interested in capturing images early in life. The ability to freeze moments and to steal them away bred a fascination within me. I moved with my family to Charleston, SC my sophomore year of high school. During that time I took photography classes and explored the new city around me, further concreting my career choice. Taking mentorship from a local National Geographic photographer and a photographer for the city paper, I began to learn the realistic aspects of working in this field. I am drawn to photojournalistic work given its proven ability to share stories of those otherwise overlooked or ignored.

Currently serving in the United States Marine Corps.
